Mileen Anderson is a Certified Public Accountant and dedicated real estate investor with more than 20 years of experience in the title industry. As the driving force behind Anderson Title, she is committed to delivering exceptional title and closing services to realtors, lenders, investors, buyers, and sellers throughout Texas.
Under Mileen’s leadership, Anderson Title has built a reputation for professionalism, reliability, and efficiency. Supported by a team of experienced closing agents, escrow officers, and notaries, she ensures that every transaction is handled with precision and care, making the closing process smooth and seamless for clients at every stage.

With over 25 years of experience in the title industry, Kenyetta has been a trusted expert in residential and commercial transactions since 1999. Specializing in the Downtown Houston and Galleria markets, Kenyetta brings a deep understanding of the unique complexities of these high-demand areas.
Known for her energetic personality and commitment to seamless closings, Kenyetta takes pride in providing exceptional service, clear communication, and solutions tailored to each client's needs. Whether guiding first-time homebuyers or facilitating complex commercial deals, Kenyetta ensures every transaction is handled with precision and care.
When not managing transactions, Kenyetta enjoys traveling and spending time with her grandchildren.

Ash Dennis brings a strong background in real estate and operations, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the transaction process from start to finish. Her experience in operations management has shaped her ability to manage multiple moving parts, think critically, and keep things moving efficiently from contract to close.
Known for her problem-solving mindset and ability to execute independently, Ash takes initiative to navigate challenges and support smooth transactions for both clients and partners. At Anderson Title, she plays a key role in supporting the team and overall client experience.
Ash resides in Tomball, Texas, with her husband and their two boys. She is actively involved in supporting her son on the autism spectrum, including participating in his therapies and day-to-day development, and is passionate about being present and intentional in both her personal and professional life.
